Woo was born and formed culturally in Korea.
She follows the studying of fashion design at the University and settled to Milan from Seoul through the winning of the Harper’s Bazaar Korea ‘young fashion Journalist/editor/stylist competition’.
Here she discovers her passion for Italy where she could learn the costumes and traditions of Western Culture.
After completing her studies she begins an internship in Condè Nast, and collaborates with some independent international magazines. Her journalism background acquires more relevant, this will remain for her a distinctive strength, which will lead her to have a constant attention on society and costumes.
Since 2004 she is a head correspondent/fashion editor of W Korea, continue to keep the collaborations with some of the main worldwide publications and also with more experimental independent arty projects.
She have been collaborating with qualified photographers and Film makers as Hugo Comte, Elizaveta Porodina, Nadia Lee Cohen, Camilla Akrans, Patrick Demerchelier, Solve Sundsbo, Tom Munro, Alexander Ingham Brooke ecc. and recently she is working for the renewal of the independent conceptual magazine ‘collectible DRY’ as Fashion Director and Digital Creative Director.
