Barbara Arcuschin

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1985. Is a self-taught visual artist,  As time went by, her professional life began to lean toward photography and audiovisual documentation.
Formed in art clinics, seminars, and workshops with local renowned photographers such as Guillermo Ueno, Fabiana Barreda, and Alberto Goldenstein. In 2016 she was selected and attend the artists’ program at Torcuato Di Tella University. Then she continues doing portfolio reviews and consulting with renowned curators, such as Rosana Schoijett, Ataúlfo Perez Aznar in the local scene & Francesca Marani, Denis Curti, Gloria Maria Cappelletti, Claudio Composti, Sophie Wright  in the international scene.

As time went by, her professional life began to lean toward photography and audiovisual documentation. In 2009 she had her first group show at Miau Miau Gallery, after it, at Mite Gallery (2010), exhibit at No Found Photo Fair (2011, Paris), with Rea Gallery. In June 2013, she launched her first zine, published by Santa Rosa Editora titled Rayos y Centellas shown in New york Art Book Fair (2014). Her photos also hung from Ruby Gallery’s walls(2014) and in 2015 she had a celebrated solo show at Otero Gallery (Buenos Aires).

Her photographic work is constantly mentioned and published in many national and international media.
